EXPANDING OUR TEAM
Leading Second is seven years old in February 2025, and to this day is supported by a mostly volunteer team of 30+ leaders from across North America. Our heart is for our team to remain heavily volunteer, but led and managed with excellence and strength. Your financial giving will allow us to continue to build the team we have in our hearts, fueling our vision in greater measure.
If you have it in your heart to involve members of your team on the Leading Second team, please let us know. Consider us an extension of your church’s heart to resource the greater body of Christ.
We have a strong onboarding process that includes lead pastor approval for any ministry involvement. Our aim is that your team’s involvement with Leading Second only strengthens their heart for your local church vision (and never competes).
