In 2024, we’re hitting the road! Our tribe is growing across North America, and we have it in our heart to bring the message of Leading Second to your city.

Leading Second On the Road events are a new opportunity for Lead Pastors and their teams to gather for dynamic roundtable-style sessions, all designed around building a healthy second chair team in a local church.

These free events will be an ideal setting for leaders to meet each other, learn together, and be refreshed in the presence of God.

This is not your normal, boring seminar. Leading Second On The Road events will feature dynamic sessions to speak to your heart, your head, and your team. Events will feature:

Alongside his wife Lindsay, Brandon fiercely believes in the power and potential of a healthy local church. Believing that healthy teams are essential to thriving churches, they began to pioneer a new community of church leaders built around the heart of servant leadership. From this belief, they founded Leading Second which exists to equip local churches everywhere to raise up UNCOMMON leaders.
